Support
Write from the email address of your LOOKS account so we can find it. We answer within 5 business days, usually much sooner. For a billing question, add the date of the payment and the receipt number from Stripe’s email. For a problem with a look, add the look’s share code or the time you scored it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The charge on your statement appears under the LOOKS name.
Things you can do yourself
- Cancel LOOKS Pro: in the app, open the Pro screen and choose “Manage subscription” (Stripe customer portal). See the Refund and cancellation policy.
- Delete your account and photos: in the app settings. It removes your looks, reviews, conversations and wardrobe.
- Unpublish a verdict: switch off publication in the look’s share settings.
