Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Blue Hat FZE LLC (“LOOKS”, “we”) for the use of the LOOKS service at heylooks.app and its paid features. By using LOOKS you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
LOOKS is operated by Blue Hat FZE LLC, BLA-BR3-923, AMC Boulevard-A Building, Ajman Media City Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Questions, complaints and notices: support@heylooks.app.
2. What LOOKS does
LOOKS is an AI outfit review. You upload a photo of an outfit and tell us the occasion; an AI model returns three scores out of ten (how it suits you, how it fits the occasion, how current it looks) and, for members, a written review, a conversation about the look, AI try-on of wardrobe pieces and friendly challenges and duels. Every score and review is the opinion of an AI model, produced automatically, without a human stylist. It is not professional, medical, psychological or financial advice. Scores can differ between the quick model and the senior model, and between two runs on the same photo.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old to use LOOKS and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy anything. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; keep access to that mailbox safe, because whoever controls it controls your account. One account per person. You may delete your account at any time in the app settings; this removes your photos, looks, reviews, conversations and wardrobe. Records we must keep by law (for example payment records) are kept for the legally required period.
4. Your photos and content
Your photos remain yours. You give us the permission needed to store them, resize them, send them to the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy and show results back to you. Upload only photos you have the right to use, and only of people who agree to be scored. No photos of children, no nudity or sexual content, nothing unlawful. Nothing is published unless you choose to share it: a published verdict page shows the three scores and one line, never the full review text; a duel, remix or challenge shows the photos you entered to the people you share the link with.
5. Free use, credits and LOOKS Pro
Guests get a limited number of quick scores a day. Members get quick scores by a daily limit, a welcome credit for a full review, and credits for inviting friends. A credit is one full review by the senior model or one compare-with-winner in a challenge. Credits can also be bought in packs; current prices are on the Pricing page. Credits do not expire while your account exists, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are lost when the account is deleted. LOOKS Pro is a monthly subscription that gives full reviews, conversations, AI try-on and challenge compares within daily limits shown on the Pricing page. We may change daily limits, referral rewards and the free tier; we will not reduce what a paid period or purchased credits already include.
6. Payments, renewal and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Taxes that apply in your country are shown at checkout. LOOKS Pro costs $9.99 USD per month and renews automatically every month on the same day until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from “Manage subscription” in the app, which opens your Stripe customer portal; access to Pro continues until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed afterwards. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it keeps failing, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free tier. We may change the Pro price with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice, and you may cancel before it does. Everything we sell is digital and delivered at once (see 7), so refunds follow the Refund and cancellation policy.
7. Delivery
Everything is delivered digitally inside the app. Credits are added to your account as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, normally within a minute. Pro switches on the same way. Nothing is shipped.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use LOOKS to harass or humiliate anyone, to score people without their consent, to upload content you have no right to, to probe or overload the service, to scrape it, or to resell its output as your own service. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, and we may remove content that does. Automated daily limits protect the service for everyone.
9. Intellectual property
The LOOKS name, design, texts and software belong to us or our licensors. Reviews and scores produced for you may be used by you personally, including sharing them. You may not copy or redistribute the service itself.
10. Disclaimers and liability
LOOKS is provided “as is”. We do not promise that any score or review is accurate, complete or suitable for a purpose, that the service is always available, or that AI try-on images look exactly like real clothes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims in any twelve months is limited to the amount you paid us in those twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always at heylooks.app/terms with its effective date. If a change materially affects a paid feature, we will tell you by email before it applies. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes go to the competent courts there, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.
